Our Team

	Lilit Ayvazyan Practice Coordinator and Surgical Scheduler Lilit Ayvazyan was born in Armenian and moved to Los Angeles in 2004. She graduated from UCLA in 2016 with a B.S. in Psychobiology and a minor in Armenian Studies. She joined UCLA Health Orthopaedic Department in 2012 and is currently a patient care coordinator. Lilit enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on new adventures. As the CEO of a nonprofit organization she spends most of her free time planning events and philanthropies.
	Sara Rodriguez Clinical Research Coordinator Sara is originally from South Los Angeles. She graduated from Brown University in 2013 with a B.A. degree in Public Health and Biology and joined UCLA Health shortly after graduating. Sara currently serves as a Clinical Trials Study Coordinator for Dr. Jones. She assists with the management of Orthopaedic Surgery research protocols and coordinates all aspects of clinical research requirements. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at the free clinic, and salsa social dancing.
	Amanda Padilla Medical Scribe Amanda Padilla was born and raised in Oxnard, CA. After completing her undergraduate studies at California Lutheran University, she went on to work overseas in underprivileged countries, including Honduras. She subsequently attended graduate school at Georgetown University. She recently moved back to California, and has been working with Dr. Jones as a medical scribe while she continues her medical education. Her ultimate goal is to become a nurse and work with programs such as Doctors Without Borders to provide care to communities without appropriate access to medical care.
